Mack McBurney, MBA, MCPM

About Mack McBurney
Mack McBurney has 20 years of industrial and construction experience and 30 years in leading business and finance. Mack began his career in finance as an analyst for a construction company in the Houston area. He then transitioned to the oil and gas industry as a commercial manager for a local company where he was able to grow his knowledge of the petrochemical industry. Mack then began working for the plants as a project controller and project manager. His experience in both the plant and contractor sides of the business offered Mack a unique perspective in the business. It allowed him to utilize this knowledge as a director of operations for an industrial construction company which he later purchased. In 2016 RIS Industrial Services, LLC was formed and gained traction as a company over the next two years. In 2019 RIS and TGE Industrial Services, LLC merged and Mack assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mack has been married to his wife, Cherrie, for 11 years and they have 5 grown kids and 6 grandkids. He is on the board of directors for Anchor Point in League City, TX, and spends his free time as a private pilot, enjoying the great outdoors and growing in his faith.
Jeff Havens

About Jeff Havens
Jeff Havens is the Director of operations for TG Energy Industrial Services. Mr. Havens brings twenty plus years of experience in industrial management, operations, and sales in the industrial services industry. This includes five years as a key executive and leader for engineering, construction, maintenance, and EPC service companies. Mr. Havens has worked in a variety of industries, including oil & gas upstream, midstream, refining, air separation, petro-chemical, and chemical facilities. Prior to his starting his career in the industrial services industry Mr. Havens played professional baseball for the Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations. Mr. Havens received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technologies from Lamar University.
Jacob Rivers

About Jacob Rivers
Mr. Rivers has over 20 years of experience in the downstream and midstream markets across the Gulf Coast. He is a proven operations leader in capital construction for large, medium, and small-scale, multi-site capital construction projects. Mr. Rivers started his industrial career as pipe fitter helper in high school and continued to advance himself as a pipe fitter and foreman during college and carriers NCCER Certification in Project Supervision.
